The sleek, undeniably futuristic-looking toilet comes equipped with integrated personal cleaning, an elongated bowl for added comfort, ambient colored lighting, motion-activated opening and closing, and a built-in audio speaker system so you can enjoy your playlists at peak sound quality while doing your business. Naturally, the Numi 2.0 also boasts some fancy cleaning mechanisms not included in your standard toilet. It comes with a stainless-steel wand with adjustable spray, water pressure, and temperature, as well as an automated self-cleaning function that cleans the wands using UV light after each use.

True, $11,500 is quite a hefty price tag for some ambient toilet mood-setting, but the levels of technology on display here are pretty impressive. And who knows? Maybe someday we’ll live in a sci-fi future where Tesla-level appliances are the name of the game.

Three months in, 2023 is already shaping up to be a big year for Kohler. The manufacturer recently decided to revive two of their six pastel colors as part of its Heritage Colors campaign — and they tasked consumers with picking which two colors made the cut. In February, Kohler revealed that the shades peachblow and spring green will be available once again in summer 2023, in case you’d like to introduce some vibrant color to your bathroom.
